Toyoharu (1735 - 1814) Japanese Woodblock Reprint
Waterfront Landscape

Comments - Charming scene of a busy waterfront with boats crowding the water and fine buildings lining the shore. A curved wooden bridge can be seen in the distance, and beyond that the masts of tall ships. Toyoharu was known for his interest in Western-style perspective, a technique employed in many of his designs. A terrific reprint with excellent detail.
